We're on the lookout for a talented and experienced Paid Media Specialist to join our team and contribute to our clients' growth stories.
Over the last year, we spent over £8m on Meta and TikTok ads profitably for our clients including the likes of (Khanum's, Lucy & Lola, Ovrload, DJK, Bubble Panda & Watermans).
Role Overview: As a Paid Media Specialist at Launch With Us, you'll play a pivotal role in managing and optimising ad campaigns on platforms like TikTok and Facebook, with a particular focus on Meta (formerly known as Facebook).
You'll collaborate closely with our team to drive results for our diverse portfolio of clients.

Key Responsibilities: Strategise, execute and optimise high-performing ad campaigns on TikTok and Meta platforms.
Manage client relationships by communicating regularly via Slack & Google Meets, ensuring their needs are met.
Collaborate with our team to strategise and implement effective e-commerce marketing strategies.
Work closely with the Head of Acquisition to align on activity and progress.
You should be able to demonstrate that you have what it takes to become a Senior Media Buyer.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and contribute to innovative ideas for campaign improvement.
Prepare and present insightful reports showcasing campaign performance and recommendations.
Requirements: Minimum of 1 year hands-on experience managing Meta Ads or TikTok Ads for E-Commerce brands.
Proficiency in using Shopify and other e-commerce tools.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients and team members.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and achieve goals within allocated resources.
Experience with other online marketing channels is a plus.
