We're looking for a Paid Social Manager who's eager to lead and help steer our company through an exciting phase of development.

If you have a talent for creating, analysing, and fine-tuning Meta ads and campaigns, along with experience that has honed those skills, you might be just who we're looking for.
As part of our performance marketing team, you'll play a key role in expanding our paid ads division.

What You'll Do: Manage and execute high-performing campaigns.
Drive the development of paid media plans.
Create and refine client briefs for performance-focused creatives.
Use insights and performance and audience data to segment and enhance campaigns and creative strategy.
Keep both our team and clients in the loop, ensuring everyone is up-to-date with ongoing activities and results.
Launch and manage campaigns, taking full responsibility for their success from start to Analyse campaign performance, interpret data, and adjust strategies as needed to boost Delve deep into consumer behaviour to tweak and improve campaign approaches.
About You: You have a strong affinity for numbers and love delving into data.
Attention to detail is your strong suit.
You're proactive, always ready to jump on new opportunities, and responsive when adjustments are needed.
Experience in running Paid Social ads.
