They are on a mission to minimise waste and encourage the use of ethical ingredients in the beauty industry.

In this newly created role, they are looking for an experienced Paid Social Executive to support them with their growth.

About the role Drive the development of paid media by working closely with the internal team to ideate, prioritise, and deliver briefs.
Establish and implement a structured framework to innovate and enhance paid media effectiveness through continuous testing.
Optimise performance through CRO and rigorous A/B testing to drive measurable results.
Plan, execute, and manage digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram.
About you Strong understanding of digital marketing practices.
Experience with ad ideation, creation, briefing, and campaign management.
Strong attention to detail and results-oriented mindset.
Analytical thinker with a critical eye, eager to test and iterate.
Confident in using data and insights to support strategic decisions.
