Paid Search Specialist (German and English Speaker) This is a part-time role.
Role Overview: Part-Time As a Paid Search Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing paid search, with a primary focus on shopping campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and conversions for our clients.
You'll play a critical role in developing and executing paid search strategies, conducting keyword research, feed audit, and analyzing campaign performance to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement paid search strategies across various platforms, including Google Ads & Microsoft Ads.
Optimize and modify shopping- & performance max campaigns.
Proactively identify opportunities across keywords, shopping, or other elements on an account basis.
Ensure quality of existing campaign and account set-ups and periodically audit new accounts for presentation.
Work alongside and spar with a team of e-commerce experts such as Client Success Managers, Paid Social Specialists and DSP Specialists.
Help brainstorm and define account and/or campaign strategies together with the assigned client success manager both within and outside of own portfolio.
Analyze campaign and business/analytics data as well as trends to identify insights, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Qualifications: Ability to speak and write German and English fluently.
Based in United Kingdom/Poland/Ireland Minimum of 2 years of experience in paid search advertising, with a proven track record of managing and optimizing campaigns across Google Ads and Bing Ads.
Strong understanding of paid search principles, best practices, and industry trends.
You know how to read and analyze data from Google Analytics & Google merchant center.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
Google Ads certification and other relevant certifications are advantageous.
