Essential Skills 1+ years of experience in paid search and paid social (agency-side or in-house).
Comfortable building and managing campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Proficient in Google Analytics with a strong background in Google Sheets/Excel.
Experience working directly with clients, confident in communication and presentation.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in reporting and campaign management.
Key Responsibilities Plan, build, and manage Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns for clients with an ethical focus.
Develop and implement paid search and paid social strategies.
Provide creative feedback, copywriting, and ad briefs to ensure compelling campaigns.
Generate weekly and monthly reports, presenting results and insights to clients.
Collaborate with a small team to drive results and contribute to client success.
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000
