Performance Marketing Manager Central London (Hybrid - 2 days in office)
£50,000 - £60,000 base salary + benefits
This is a fast-growing eCommerce platform disrupting the energy and renewables sector.
They are seeking a PPC Manager to join the team.
You will lead and optimise paid search and social campaigns.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing performance marketing and is comfortable with hands-on management of digital ad platforms.

Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across platforms like Google, Bing.
Analyse performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement, implementing data-driven changes.
Work collaboratively with teams in analytics, product, and design to enhance campaign outcomes.
Conduct testing to refine strategies, including ad copy, bids, and landing page performance.
Introduce automation and scripting to improve efficiency in campaign management.
Align digital marketing activities with the broader business strategy.
Who We're Looking For Minimum of four years' experience managing large-scale PPC campaigns.
Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and analytics platforms.
A highly analytical mindset with expertise in interpreting large datasets to drive decision-making.
Creative and forward-thinking, with a history of adapting to industry changes and advancements.
Strong communication skills, capable of presenting detailed performance reports and actionable recommendations.
