Paid Media Specialist

Paid Media Specialist - London / £40k-£45k / Hybrid Currently working with a retail company that specialise in cosmetics and wellness products and they are actively looking for a paid media specialist to join their team.
You'll be working closely with their Head of Growth and the wider marketing team to execute high-performing digital campaigns.
Requirements: Own and execute paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and Affiliate.
Drive customer acquisition while optimising for cost-efficiency.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives.
Leverage data analytics to inform strategy and optimise campaigns.
Experiment with new channels and tactics to drive growth.
Work closely with the wider marketing team on cross-functional initiatives.
Qualifications: Proven experience in paid media, ideally within DTC.
A passion for data and a knack for turning insights into action.
Strong organisational and project management skills.
A creative mindset to develop innovative campaign strategies.
A collaborative approach and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
