Walker and Sloan are once again working with an award winning digital marketing agency in Bristol, as they are keen to bring on board a Paid Media Specialist to the team on a full time basis.
The Role We're looking for a Paid Media Specialist who thrives in a dynamic environment and is motivated to make an impact.
You'll have the opportunity to work directly with a range of clients—from start-ups to established brands—delivering data-driven paid media solutions that align with evolving privacy standards.
What You'll Do Develop and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant platforms.
Leverage our custom media mix modelling solution to provide clear, actionable insights into campaign strategy.
Collaborate closely with our clients to understand their goals, adjust strategies, and communicate results.
Work in a supportive, collaborative team environment that prioritises learning and growth.
Must haves 2-4 years working in a paid media role Great knowledge of Google Ads & Meta Ads Great knowledge of Google Analytics Knowledge of Google Tag Manager or aptitude to learn Account management/client facing experience Agency experience Nice to haves Experience with additional platforms (TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
Multi-sector campaign experience.
