Here's some of what you will be doing: Manage the national on all the time paid advertising programme through the media agency, for territories currently including the UK and Canada, primarily including digital and above the line advertising Work with the media agency to plan, implement, optimise and measure the ROI of digital marketing campaigns across various channels e.g.
social media, programmatic and native display, SEM, content partnerships Work with the media agency to plan, implement, optimise and measure the ROI of Above the Line media, including radio, Out of Home, Cinema Analyse the performance of all media through the media agency to increase the efficiency of the paid media budget Develop testing plans for creative, copy, messaging, format and landing pages to improve KPIs, working with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and optimise the user experience Report on effectiveness of performance marketing activity Lead the media agency and team to drive revenue growth and reduce customer acquisition costs, increasing profitability Work with the CRM and eCommerce teams to optimise advertising spend based on customer data Stay updated and lead the business with the latest trends and best practice in digital marketing and paid advertising, including evaluating new technologies, and any impacts from the wider macro-environment Keep accurate records of costs and ROI across all paid advertising activity To be successful, you'll have: A strong understanding and experience of paid marketing strategy and tactics Good knowledge and experience of working with the full funnel media mix, digital advertising channels and principles Passion for championing the customer and using insights to drive customer experience improvements across the customer journey Experience in a similar role in a fast paced, commercially focused multi-site business Knowledge of and experience of digital marketing channels, including but not limited to social media, performance media, above the line channels Experience of monitoring and measuring both sales and brand driving media Strong analysis of the effectiveness of initiatives and campaigns including pre and post evaluations Management of external agencies including print, creative, PR, content Budget management experience Self-confidence, energy and enthusiasm Project management skills - ability to juggle several different projects at once and prioritise Strong analytical skills 'Hands on' and proactive approach The Who...
