About the Role : We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Paid Media Lead to join our team.
In this role, you will leverage your expertise in programmatic media buying to drive successful digital campaigns across a variety of demand-side platforms (DSPs), with a particular focus on DV360.
You will play a pivotal role in shaping our digital strategy, ensuring that our programmatic advertising efforts are market leading.
This is an opportunity for someone with a track record of managing high-profile campaigns, especially in the travel and/or retail media industries.
Key Responsibilities : Strategic Media Planning & Buying : Lead the development, execution, and optimization of programmatic media strategies across DV360 and other DSPs, driving performance across multiple channels and markets.
Manage a Market-Leading Programmatic Network for Travel: Lead the expansion of our best-in-class programmatic network tailored for travel clients, leveraging industry insights and strategic partnerships.
Identify and integrate with key travel-specific data providers, inventory sources, and ad tech partners to deliver targeted, high-performing campaigns.
Drive innovation in programmatic approaches to position the network as a go-to solution for travel brands looking to maximize reach and engagement in the digital space.
Retail Media Managed Services : Deliver end-to-end programmatic solutions as a managed service to clients, taking ownership of media planning, execution, optimization, and reporting, while providing strategic consultation and recommendations.
Client Service & Account Management : Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication, timely delivery, and a high standard of service.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their business needs and translating them into effective media strategies.
Programmatic Expertise : Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in the programmatic landscape.
Maintain a strong understanding of the programmatic ecosystem, including ad tech partners, data providers, verification tools, and measurement solutions.
Global Campaign Management : Develop and execute global campaign strategies, ensuring consistency across markets while tailoring approaches to local nuances.
Work closely with international teams to deliver seamless campaign experiences.
Team Leadership & Collaboration : Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of learning and development.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, analytics, and strategy, to deliver integrated campaign solutions.
Required Skills & Experience : 5+ years of experience in programmatic media buying, with roles such as Programmatic Account Director or Head of Programmatic, ideally within a media agency environment.
Expertise in DSPs : Strong proficiency in DV360 is a must, along with experience across other DSPs Travel Industry Experience : Proven experience managing programmatic campaigns for travel clients or related industries is highly desirable.
Global Campaign Experience : Demonstrated success in planning and executing digital campaigns across multiple markets, understanding the complexities and opportunities of global media buys.
Deep Knowledge of Programmatic Ecosystem : Familiarity with ad servers, DMPs, data providers, brand safety tools, and programmatic buying methods (e.g., PMP, open auction, preferred deals).
Analytical Mindset : Strong ability to interpret campaign data and performance metrics, with experience in using analytics tools to drive optimizations.
Exceptional Client Service Skills : Proven track record of delivering excellent client service, building strong client relationships, and managing stakeholder expectations.
Strong Communication Skills : Ability to convey complex media strategies and technical concepts in a clear and concise manner, both internally and to clients.
Preferred Qualifications : Understanding of cross-channel digital strategy, including social, search, digital out of home and video.
Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic agency environment.
