Our Role: As the Paid Media Executive you will play a key role within the Media team in the establishment, management and optimisation of paid social/digital media campaigns for our clients.
You will be expected to grow your knowledge and expertise of the digital media landscape and how it can be applied to healthcare marketing, evaluating each publisher's performance and achieving the best results for your clients with each campaign.
What you can expect to be doing: Proactively guide account and creative teams through platform-specific opportunities and constraints, translating technical requirements, specifications and best-practice into actionable guidance Work alongside the wider paid media team to communicate media requirements to partners, establish rates, availability, negotiate prices and favourable packages Develop a deep understanding of the client's business, be proactive in maintaining and sharing this knowledge to drive digital best practice Support in client meetings, pitch preparation, workshops and communications where appropriate Maintain an awareness of the progress of the projects with which you are associated, providing guidance when needed Campaign forecasting and budget management Demonstrate strong commercial acumen by identifying opportunities to grow client investment, optimising campaign budgets for maximum ROI Manage workload with your manager, Operations and Client Services Teams, ensuring timely delivery of all tasks and projects Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing, creative, and analytics, to ensure seamless campaign execution and alignment with overall marketing strategies.
What we'd like to see from you: Previous experience in a similar role - note this isn't a graduate position Have a passion for social media and be confident managing campaigns across multiple social channels.
Strategically minded when it comes to planning and executing digital campaigns, bringing an understanding of how to connect with audiences.
