We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paid Media Director to lead our Paid Media team.
As a company utilising various Ads Managers and DSPs to gather millions of opinions, the ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing a high volume of client work, likely from a background in a startup or within the Influencer marketing space.
This role requires an exceptional understanding of the paid media landscape and processes, a strong analytical mindset, a passion for data-driven decision-making, and the ability to cultivate a performance-driven culture within the team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Strategic Leadership: Lead and manage the Paid Media team, which gathers survey responses through social ads.
Ensuring the successful execution of paid media activity across all digital channels (primarily Instagram and TikTok).
Client Management: You must be comfortable dealing with a high volume of client queries in a calm and professional manner.
Analytical Excellence: Utilise strong analytical skills to interpret complex data sets, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations to optimize data collection via paid media.
Performance-Driven Culture: Foster a culture focused on performance and results, setting clear goals and KPIs, and implementing strategies to optimise the volume and quality of data collected - ensuring harmony between the volume and quality of data collected and analyzed.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including Insight, Client Strategy, Sales, and the wider Product team.
Innovation & Optimization: Continuously explore and implement new strategies and technologies to improve data collection performance and efficiency.
WHO ARE YOU: 8+ years' experience running and managing paid media campaigns Hands-on experience across all major digital channels such as Paid Social, Programmatic, Paid Search, and display.
Must be able to field and manage client queries and campaign issues in a calm and respectful manner Exceptional leadership capabilities, with a focus on team development, scalability, and achieving organizational goals.
Data-driven decision-maker with experience using data insights to make informed decisions and refine strategies.
Demonstrated ability to approach business challenges with creativity, innovation, and a results-oriented mindset.
