Role Overview We're seeking an experienced Paid Media Account Manager to join our team, managing key client accounts and driving successful paid strategies across Google, Meta, Pinterest, TikTok and other paid platforms.
You will work closely with our Head of Performance, in-house and freelance teams, ensuring high-performance results and seamless client communication.
Key Responsibilities Account Management : Lead day-to-day management of our client's paid accounts, ensuring campaign success and alignment with client goals.
Develop strong, trusting client relationships, providing proactive insights and regular performance updates.
Campaign Strategy & Execution : Create, implement, and optimise paid strategies tailored to client objectives, focusing on performance and ROI.
Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to inform campaign decisions.
Oversee creative briefs, ad copy, A/B testing, and landing page recommendations to improve conversion rates.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting : Track and analyse campaign performance, adjusting strategies based on KPIs and feedback.
Provide weekly, monthly and quarterly reports with actionable insights, and lead performance reviews with clients.
Collaboration & Mentorship : Work closely with in-house and freelance teams across SEO, brand, CRM, and design.
Mentor junior team members, offering guidance on account management best practices and paid search techniques.
Qualifications & Skills Experience : 3+ years of experience managing paid campaigns for brands, ideally in an agency setting.
Proven success in managing high-budget accounts, optimising for performance, and achieving strong ROI.
Skills : Advanced understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Pinterest Ads, TikTik Ads platforms, including campaign setup, bidding strategies, and data analysis.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and deliver insights to clients.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interaction and reporting.
Additional : Google or Meta certification is a plus.
Experience with fashion, lifestyle, or luxury brands is advantageous.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
