What will this role include?
Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders Oversee daily paid media activities to meet business goals Develop and implement creative paid media strategies across Search and Social platforms Drive impactful results through paid social and PPC campaigns Design engaging ads for PPC and Paid Social to enhance overall account performance Manage campaigns from start to finish; planning, activating, and reporting Stay on top of market trends and consumer behavior to apply best practices Collaborate with directors and other teams on projects such as SEO, PR, and design Contribute to new business pitches and proposals Engage in both immediate and long-term planning to keep ideas fresh and industry-leading Create scalable marketing funnels to boost campaign effectiveness Ad creation across PPC & Paid Social to improve all areas of the account Provide support and training to junior team members on PPC and Paid Social The ideal candidate will have/be: ? 2+ years of paid media advertising experience within an agency environment Deep knowledge of search and social campaign strategies Strong analytical abilities with a knack for working with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and Google Analytics Excellent communication skills and a talent for building strong relationships Experience with platforms like Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and LinkedIn Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines Solid QA skills with a good understanding of conversion campaigns, e-commerce, lead generation, and branding Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot and Salesforce, and e-commerce tools like Shopify and WooCommerce Proven experience in guiding the creative and content briefing process This is your chance to thrive in an environment that puts your personal and professional growth front and center, all while helping you maintain a great work-life balance.
