Role Overview: We are looking for a skilled Paid Ads Manager to lead our advertising strategy and manage a growing team in our Edinburgh office.
This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a knack for data-driven decisions, and a deep understanding of paid media.
The ideal candidate will bring at least 4 years of paid ads experience and be comfortable with the ins and outs of platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, and LinkedIn, along with a strong foundation in B2B advertising.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and develop a high-performing paid media team to achieve ambitious KPIs and growth targets.
Design, implement, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Bing Ads, and LinkedIn tailored for B2B audiences.
Develop a data-driven approach to continuously optimize ad performance, maximize ROI, and reduce CPA.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, such as content and design, to develop high-quality, effective ad creatives.
Provide detailed performance analysis, reports, and insights, using data to drive future campaign strategies.
Manage advertising budgets to ensure cost-effective growth and maximum ROI.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and algorithm changes to maintain our competitive edge.
Requirements: Minimum of 4 years' experience in paid ads, paid media, and managing high-impact ad campaigns across multiple channels.
Proven expertise in Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn advertising , with a strong focus on B2B campaigns .
Exceptional data analysis and optimization skills with a passion for testing and refining strategies.
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns and priorities.
Experience leading and developing a team to exceed client expectations and meet ambitious KPIs.
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency with analytics and reporting tools, particularly Google Analytics and other ad performance software.
