Paediatric Nurse Manager - Complex Care

This role is classed as a Remote/field based role - 3 days a week from 2 day out on patient visits, assessments & meetings Location: Dorset - Must be a Car Driver Salary up to £50,000 We are working with a complex care provider that is looking for a Paedicatric Nurse Manager to manage care packages in the community.
You will assess patients and write up care plans based on their daily needs, you will continue to work with the patients and families being the point of contact.
These patients will have a wide range of complex conditions some needing Ventilation, Tracheostomy, PEG & Stoma .
Responsibilities: * Respond to all clinical complaints as per company policy and risk management * Report to Clinical Director any issues that may arise on a weekly basis.
* Submission of regular clinical reports & updates through to the CCG regarding their packages as per contractual agreements.
* Updating Clinical Director of weekly patient trackers.
* Attend annual appraisal with Clinical Director * To participate and have a regular 1-1 with Clinical Director * To participate in professional development monthly meetings * Undertake annual appraisal and supervisions of all registered nurses working.
Role: * Contract type; permanent, Full time 40 hours per week * Core hours; Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm * 1 day a week given for Clinical Personal Development – courses and training will be paid by the company * Fully remote role - with field based assesments, meetings and 1 office vist a month (near Kent) Skills & Experience * 2 years + Nursing experience within an Acute setting i.e ITU, HDU, Neuro or Rehab * Must be car driving and own car (mileage will be paid in addition to salary) * Compassionate and caring * Confident and comfortable to push back on other healthcare professionals if needed * Good computer skills – writing reports & email responding
