We are seeking an empathetic Registered Nurse to provide dedicated, one-on-one care during the night child with complex healthcare needs.

About the Role: As a Complex Care Registered Nurse , you will offer personalized, high-quality care that allows a child with specialized medical needs to live in their own home and reach critical milestones.
Your responsibilities will include managing tracheostomy, monitoring ventilation and carrying out observations during the night.
Available Shift Patterns: Monday to Friday 20:00-6:00 Superior Healthcare is an equal opportunity employer.

REF: SHCRJO Responsibilities Work closely with the Nurse Manager Team to provide quality care to a paediatric client.
Commit to a regular working pattern and collaborate with Care Coordinators for effective care delivery Provide 1-2-1 support to a child with Complex Care needs  Build rapport with clients and families, working within the family home to achieve individual goals Potential for growth and development into a supervisor or management role Requirements Right to work in the UK UK driving license and access to own vehicle Ability to fit seamlessly into the school setting Compassion, confidence, and a gentle caring nature Commitment to 2 regular shifts per week.
