Desirable criteria Leadership or management qualificationMasters degree Personal Qualities Essential criteria Ability to manage competing priorities and to work under pressure.Demonstrate an ability to organise and motivate self and others.Well-developed communication skills both verbal and written, including the ability to negotiate and persuade in complex and difficult situations.
Desirable criteria Ability to think logically, use initiative and problem solve.
Experience Essential criteria Significant clinical nursing experience with a period working in a senior nurse role of band 7 or above.Skills and experience in undertaking interviews, investigations and the recruitment process.
Desirable criteria • Experience or understanding of budget management.
