Packing Room Operator The details Job Title: Packing Room Operator Working Hours: This role is on a rotation of days, nights and weekends, we will explain this in more detail at your interview.
This role does require flexibility to cover colleague's shifts where needed on an overtime basis.

This role would be suited to someone with previous experience within a packing environment, ideally within food, who has a high level of reliability.

The job Working to a high level of personal and food safety.
Packing final product to meet customer requirements.
Stock control.
Batching of ingredients in preparation for production.
Running and monitoring spray dry powder operation.
Timely reporting of plant issues to the engineering department.
Small maintenance duties.
Contribute to team problem-solving activities.
The candidate IT confident (Excel, Word and Outlook).
You will be a team player but also able to operate interdependently.
Always maintain a high standard of work.
Counter balance forklift truck licence preferred.
Experience working within a process/packing environment desirable.
Basic food hygiene and health and safety qualifications.
