Packaging Supervisor

Elevation Recruitment are extremely pleased to be working with an innovative beverage manufacturer to recruit a Packaging Supervisor to join their facility in North Yorkshire.
This exciting opportunity involves leading a bottling operation, managing laboratory and process equipment, and embedding lean manufacturing techniques within a high-performing packaging team.

Monday – Friday days only – flex between 6am – 6pm
We are looking for Packaging/Production Supervisors with the below skills & experience:
Previous experience in packaging operations within an FMCG environment, ideally food or drink production Proven people management experience with a natural ability to build strong relationships Solid understanding of packaging line metrics and hands-on operational experience Strong multitasking and organisational skills, with attention to detail Competence in health and safety regulations within a production environment, IOSH qualification preferred Leadership skills with a focus on problem-solving and process improvement using lean tools This is a great opportunity to join a forward-thinking organisation where your leadership and technical expertise will directly impact production quality and efficiency.
