Packaging Account Manager

Working hours Monday to Friday 8.30am-5.30pm Hybrid working pattern – 3 days on-site, 2 days working remotely each week 26 days holiday plus Bank Holidays Excellent benefits scheme including a range of employee well being initiatives We're looking for an inventive and enterprising Account Manager to join a world-class, multi-channel marketing services business, known for their innovative work on behalf of a wide variety of high-profile international brands.
The successful applicant will ensure all new creative briefs for bespoke packaging, influencer gifting and packaging gift sets are delivered successfully.
Using your natural ability to understand a variety of creative, packaging, and print production requirements, you will be collaborating with the client stakeholders to maximise their ideas within budgetary constraints.
This is a truly varied role and as the key contact responsible for end-to-end project delivery, candidates must demonstrate outstanding commercial, creative and technical acumen, alongside excellent communication skills.
As an Account Manager, you'll have the following duties and responsibilities: Working closely with the client to understand their vision or required end-results are for each brief You will be the main point of contact for client's product teams and your assigned accounts You be accomplished at taking a client brief Responsible for time and cost management of your own projects Understanding how the Creative and production studio team work to accommodate the projects' urgency and requirements through the processes, to optimise internal efficiencies Assessing feasibility for print production through techniques, materials and sustainable options Continuously considering ways to improve the client relationship, analyse and improve the current ways of working, processes and QBR reviews, and best practice implementations We're looking for an Account Manager with the following skills and experience: Experience of carrying out an Account Management or similar role involving the coordination of packaging or gifting projects, ideally for major brands and / or retailers Good understanding of print production and packaging processes Strong project management skills, with examples of having successfully delivered a range of creative projects which generated excellent client feedback Accomplished taking a creative brief with a good understanding of structural CAD design and print production processes Experience in critical path creation, quotation requests and commercial governance Experience of working effectively with people – particularly in terms of briefing, estimating and efficiently managing internal studio and production resources
