We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant & Trade Sales Support Manager to provide administrative and personal support to the Trade Sales Director and surrounding sales team.
The ideal candidate will handle a variety of tasks such as managing schedules, coordinating appointments, handling correspondence, organising travel arrangements, and assisting with day-to-day activities.
The Personal Assistant should demonstrate excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Company Pension Scheme (5% company, 3% employee contribution plus ability to make AVC's) Company Credit Card 25 Days Holiday plus Public Holidays 5 days holiday buy SIP share scheme Employee discount Enhanced maternity leave Financial planning services Free parking Health & wellbeing programme Life insurance Performance bonus associate with level of role Sick pay Responsibilities: PA to the Trade Sales Director Manage all sales team and/or customer booking requirements for hotels/travel/events/meetings/events using existing and new suppliers Maintain and develop a digital filing system (online drive or intranet) to manage all customer commercial agreements Provision of regular reports to all key customer groups/relevant sales team personnel to provide ongoing monitoring of targets and performance Maintain a comprehensive record of expenditure for entertainment and hospitality in line with agreed budgets Develop and maintain a comprehensive competency matrix to include all mandatory and voluntary training for sales team personnel Provide a comprehensive guide/portal to cover all key policies & procedures for any relevant sales team activity Develop a complete Induction programme c/w defined and measurable review periods for any sales team new starters Compile report packs from Sales Management Team for any meetings and circulate accordingly Qualifications/Skills Required: A = Advantageous E =Essential Previous experience in a role of this kind/relevant industry experience (E) Flexible working hours to meet the needs of the job and the nature of the business (E) High level I.T.
