PA Long Term Temp Position (could go permanent for the right person) Centre Oxford £17.25 - £20.63 per hour 37.50 hours per week Monday - Friday 100% Office Based My client is seeking a PA to provide high-quality secretarial and administrative support to the Bursar and Domestic Bursar.
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in facilitating the efficient operation of a prestigious College in Oxford.
Your Main Duties will be: Providing a comprehensive administrative support to the Bursars Managing complex diaries, scheduling meetings, and ensuring timely distribution of meeting papers.
Preparing agendas, taking detailed minutes, and following up on action points.
Responding to enquiries and maintaining effective communication with academic and non-academic colleagues.
Maintain organised filing systems and ensure compliance with college document management policies.
Handling sensitive and confidential matters with discretion You must have: Relevant experience in a similar role, particularly supporting senior managers.
Proficient in Microsoft Office with excellent IT skills; ability to innovate and learn new software applications.
Financial literacy with a basic understanding of finance function Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work calmly under pressure.
Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of engaging confidently with a diverse range of individuals.
