Personal Assistant to the PresidentWe have registered a wonderful opportunity for an experienced PA to support the President of a prestigious organisation in the centre of Oxford.You will carry responsibility for the effective day-to-day organisation of the President's diary and will be expected to work closely with relevant Heads of Department, Fellows, Lecturers and staff alike.
You will also work very closely with the wider PA team.If you are an assertive high-level PA who acts with integrity and is able to work confidentially, this could be the role for you!Personal Assistant to the President ResponsibilitiesAs the Personal Assistant to the President some of your duties will include:Diary management, organising internal and external meetings and arranging hospitality and cateringWriting and drafting letters and managing related filesActing as the gatekeeper to the PresidentWelcoming all visitorsArranging social functions hosted by the PresidentCreating and maintaining all records on the database in line with GDPREnsuring all invoices are managed correctlyWorking closely with the wider PA teamProducing and distributing meeting documents including agendas and supporting informationOther duties as requiredPersonal Assistant to the President RewardsIn addition to a competitive salary, benefits include:Subsidised lunches and caféFree parking on siteHeavily subsidised clubs/societies/lectures/concerts/Sports facilitiesOn site nursery – subsidised (there is a waiting list, but with the changes of academic staff there are places which come up)The CompanyThis client is a prestigious Oxford educational organisation that operates in a collaborative, non-hierarchical, calm, and mature environment.Personal Assistant to President ExperienceThe successful candidate for this Personal Assistant to the President role will be experienced in providing PA support at Director or C-suite level.You will also be able to demonstrate:High level of IT proficiency including MS OfficeHigh standards of literacy and writing skills, including proof reading and accurate typingExcellent verbal communication skills, with experience of dealing with telephone and face to face enquiriesOrganisational skills, able to prioritise and work to deadlinesAble to work effectively with people at all levels
