The Octagon Group is delighted to be working on an exciting opportunity to join a growing and well-established business as Personal Assistant to the Managing Director (PA to MD).
This role will be based onsite in their Basildon office 5 days per week.
The PA to MD will need to be extremely well organised with exceptional time management skills.
Successful candidates will have been working in a similar PA role where they can clearly demonstrate they have shown initiative when handling a fast-paced and demanding workload.
Communication is also key as this role works closely with both colleagues and clients at all levels.
Key responsibilities of the PA to MD role: Calendar management and administrative support Meeting coordination and scheduling, including preparing agendas and minutes Typing correspondence and documents Planning and booking travel – UK and overseas Handling MD's expense submissions Planning and organising corporate events, meetings and conferences Office administration Essential skills/experience required for the PA to MD: Minimum of 5 years PA or EA experience Excellent proficiency in all areas of Microsoft Office Happy to work onsite 5 days per week This is a fantastic opportunity for the right person to join a successful business in Basildon and provide excellent PA support to their busy MD.
