Your new company A leading construction company based in Canary Wharf is looking for a Personal Assistant to support two senior executives in a newly created role.
Your new role The main purpose of this role is to provide comprehensive support to two senior executives.
Your duties will include:Effective diary and inbox managementOrganising meetings, functions and conferencesOrganising domestic and international travel (very rare travel within the UK may be required)Preparing documents, correspondence and presentationsManage expensesMinute taking and attending meetings where requiredWhat you'll need to succeed You must have previous experience as a PA or EA, ideally within the construction industry.
What you'll get in return This role requires the candidate to be in the office 5 days per week, with working hours of 8am-5pm.
