What you will be doing... As our new Experience Extraordinaire, you'll be a smooth operator and a great role model, providing a seamless and memorable experience for our guests.
This means: Being the voice of the customer and bringing to life the guest and owner experience to improve experience, feedback and performance.
Understand, review and effectively use insight and customer feedback to identify opportunities to improve service and experience.
Recruit, inspire, develop and motivate team members to maximise team efficiency.
Be accountable and responsible for managing all guest and owner complaints.
Managing budgetary costs for holiday sales and monitor and maintain effective cost controls.
Planning and delivering a wide range of owner and guest events such as forums, drop-ins, and social events that are tailored to the customers on your park.
