Lead the development, validation, and verification testing (DVP) team to meet project Technical Requirements and de-risk engineering decisions.
Generate, maintain, and execute Test Procedure documentation, ensuring high-quality data and appropriate metrics for testing.
Own the End-of-Line testing process, including requirements identification and implementation.
Support the Powertrain Build Manager in HV assembly and testing standards.
Senior Test & Validation Engineer - Key Requirements Experience in building HV systems/components within an OEM, Tier 1 supplier, engineering consultancy, or motorsport environment.
Proven ability in managing, scheduling, budgeting, and resourcing significant engineering tasks or projects.
Experience working with systems from 400v Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills for mechanical and electrical systems.
