Responsibilities: As an Outdoor Education Apprentice , you will: Assist in planning and delivering outdoor activities and educational programmes.
Supervise and support groups of students during activities.
Promote teamwork, confidence, and problem-solving skills through outdoor experiences.
Ensure the safety and well-being of participants at all times.
Help maintain and set up equipment for outdoor activities.
Requirements: As an Outdoor Education Apprentice , you will need: A passion for outdoor education and working with young people.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
A proactive and enthusiastic attitude.
