Ot Infrastructure Specialist

Escape Recruitment is seeking an OT Infrastructure Specialist for our client in Cumbernauld .
You'll play a key role in supporting and improving Operational Technology (OT) systems, ensuring they align with business goals.
This includes managing OT infrastructure, enhancing system performance, overseeing major projects, and driving security and resilience in collaboration with Cyber Security teams.
Key Responsibilities: Manage OT infrastructure, ensuring system availability and performance.
Monitor and enhance hardware platforms, upgrades, and patches.
Collaborate with site management and OEM support partners for robust support arrangements.
Proactively manage OT risks and ensure security compliance.
Maintain and improve the OT disaster recovery plan.
Support OT aspects of major capital projects and drive continuous improvement.
Deliver exceptional 2nd/3rd line IT support for OT systems.
Mentor team members and promote best practices in OT design and operations.
About You: The ideal candidate will bring: Experience in managing OT infrastructure, leading projects, and troubleshooting incidents.
Strong analytical, communication, and influencing skills.
Knowledge of OT concepts, HMI/PLCs, and OT-specific protocols.
Understanding of manufacturing processes Familiarity with network, storage, virtualization, and client management technologies.
