You will also have the opportunity to participate in our pioneering Mako robotic programme.There is an opportunity for further learning and development in this role, with in-house development courses on offer.
Our Clinical Education team is on hand to provide support, from staff induction to delivering monthly education days in areas such as Basic Life Support and Manual Handling, as well as speciality specific training sessions.
You will be fully supported and provided with a mentor to support your learning and development.
The successful post holder should demonstrate a commitment to; safe, high quality, patient-centred, evidence-based care, through auditing and service improvement whilst fostering a 'can-do' attitude within the team.
The post holder should demonstrate excellent communication skills.
This role requires flexible working over 7 days and covering on call rotas overnight and at weekends.
Full and part-time hours are available.
