An opportunity has arisen for an Organisational Development Lead to join the People department in a rapidly expanding and exciting work environment.
About the roleOversee and deliver Organisational Development programs, principles and practises to foster leadership development and talent growth across the organisation.
This includes the facilitation of development programs, engaging with internal working groups and providing data lead insights to drive improvement.
