They are seeking an experienced Organisational Design Lead to join their Transformation Discovery Team in London and play a central role in defining the target operating model for their global estate.

Start: ASAP Length: 6 Months Rate: Negotiable Depending on experience (Outside IR35) Location: London (hybrid) About the Role: The Organisational Design Lead will work closely with the Transformation Leadership Team to evaluate the current operating model and design the future state, creating an organisational structure that supports their ambitious digital transformation.
With access to full investment and support from their new owners, the successful candidate will join at a pivotal time, guiding this 175-year-old company into a new era.
Role Responsibilities: Assess the existing operating model, cost base, and recent changes.
Analyse the impact of new work package solutions on the organisational setup of business units.
Collaborate with the discovery team to map processes and information flows in the target operating model.
Design the organisation structure needed to support new processes and changes.
Develop global standards and variants for operating models across locations.
Define the business case for proposed changes, including new roles, capabilities, and efficiencies.
Partner with business teams to establish transition plans across the global estate, aligned with the overall business change strategy.
About You: Experience: Proven experience in organisational design or target operating model design within multinational or multicultural organisations at an enterprise level.
Background: Prior experience in management consulting is highly desirable.
Industry Knowledge: Experience in services industries; maritime or shipping experience is advantageous but not essential.
