Looking to change your job then come and work for The Ordinary Life Project Association (OLPA) an innovative, dynamic and vibrant Wiltshire based Charity providing a range of housing and support options for people with Learning Disabilities and/or mental illnesses.
The Support Worker role: OLPA have a 3 bedded specialist service in Devizes for people with a Learning Disability who have developed dementia.If you are interested in this specialist area of work we are looking for Day Support Workers and Waking Night Support Workers.
You will be a key member of the team providing high standards of person centred care to the people we support.
Interacting and communicating with the people we support in a way that promotes dignity and respect at all times.
No experience is necessary as OLPA will offer their Support Worker: Competitive salary, with an option to increase earnings with overtime a comprehensive induction package incorporating the Care Certificate, all mandatory training and Diploma as well as a wide variety of in house and external training with commitment and support with ongoing training Employee well-being support Pension 30 days holiday (rising to 35 days) Blue Light Card Enhanced disclosure cost paid You will need to be flexible and able to work shifts including some weekends, bank holidays and evenings working within a 24/7 rota.
