Order Processor Service (M/F/D)

For our department Sales our location Telford, UK we are looking for you as: Order Processor Service (m/f/d) What challenges can you expect?
You will advise end customers / operators in regard to all technical inquiries relating to the MR product range (with specialized support from an OPP or specialized department where necessary)Discuss and evaluate customer requests regarding technical feasibility and a proposed solutionPreplanning of service jobs to be carried out on weekly basisCoordinate / analyzing safety issues related to the after sales service and preparation of the necessary documentation and certification What do we expect from you?
You have completed an engineering degree and an appropiate level of experienceWith 3 years experience in the field of Energy TechnologyComputer skills (Excel, Outlook, Word), SAP knowledge will be considered a plusLanguage skill: business fluent English, additional languages will be considered a plusKnowledge, experience and good understanding of the operation and servicing of power transformers will be considered and evaluated as a plus
