Order Processor

We are one of the UK's leading suppliers of Waterproofing solutions, predominantly for flat roofs and we are looking for a detail-orientated and efficient Order Processor to join our team in Poole Dorset.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing incoming customer orders, ensuring timely processing, and maintaining accurate records.
This role is essential in providing excellent customer service and supporting overall operational efficiency.
This is a permanent part time position offering an hourly rate of £13 per hour.
Working hours: 20 - 30 hours per week, preferably mornings or school hours, Monday – Friday.
Flexible hours available between 8.30am - 4.30pm / Fri 9.00am - 4.00pm.
This position starts as a part-time role, with potential for growth into full-time hours.
  Key Responsibilities: ·         To process sales and internal purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
·         To input orders into the order processing software.
·         Prepare and maintain all relevant documentation related to orders.
·         Deal directly with customers by telephone, electronically and face to face.
·         Address and resolve any issues related to order.
·         General office administration and clerical duties.
·         To undertake training as required to develop & maintain personal skills to fulfil the above to the required standards.
·         Any other tasks which may be reasonably requested or determined in accordance with the Employment Handbook.
Requirements Essential: ·         Proven experience in order processing, customer service, or a related field.
·         Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
·         Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.)
and order management software.
·         Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Desired: ·         Experience with any Accountancy/Order processing System.
