Key Responsibilities: Oversee on-time and full execution of sales orders, stock transfers, and new launches.
Manage and streamline order processing activities, ensuring accurate and timely order fulfilment.
Track and manage shipments from 3rd party manufacturers to ensure on-time delivery.
Build and maintain relationships with 3rd party logistics providers and warehouses to ensure optimal service at competitive costs.
Drive change management projects in warehousing, logistics, and order processing, supported by the Operations Leader.
Regularly review and track performance metrics of logistics providers and order processing efficiency, ensuring continuous improvement.
Monitor weekly and monthly inventory activities, including stock balancing, reconciliations, and product launches.
Manage customer orders through ERP and WMS systems, ensuring smooth and efficient operations from order entry to delivery.
Collaborate with commercial, digital, and brand teams to align logistics and order processing with launch dates, promotions, and key events.
Build strong relationships with retail partners to ensure customer satisfaction, efficient query resolution, and optimal order management.
Regularly review order and logistics performance against set targets, ensuring any issues are resolved promptly.
Key Requirements: Minimum 5 years in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations management, or Order Processing, ideally within beauty or related industries.
Exceptional organisational and relationship-building skills, strong attention to detail, and excellent analytical abilities.
Experience in managing end-to-end order processing, including order entry, tracking, and fulfilment.
A customer-centric mindset with a proven track record of solving operational and order-related problems and driving improvements.
