Job Description Were currently seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Order Processing Administrator to join one of our highly successful clients based near Keele!
Youll support the Sales team with a wide range of sales and administrative tasks, including customer communication, order processing, logistics queries, and after-sales support.

What youll be doing Communicating effectively with customers and colleagues to build strong relationships Processing sales orders and handling Goods Return requests Responding promptly to customer inquiries and ensuring high levels of satisfaction Updating and maintaining systems and databases accurately Supporting administrative tasks such as supplier orders and progress tracking Maximising the efficiency of internal systems Adhering to and improving company procedures while maintaining Health and Safety policies Undertaking flexible tasks to meet business needs Hours Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm (flexible) Pay £23,400 - £26,000 per annum (depending on experience) Skills/Experience Required Proven experience in order processing Strong administrative background, ideally within engineering or manufacturing A valid UK driving licence Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to effectively manage client relationships and expectations Outstanding organisational and prioritisation skills, with flexibility to handle urgent tasks A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering excellence Benefits Company pension (after 3 years company fund employee contribution) Option to work hours over 4 days Performance bonuses Private healthcare Critical illness cover Death in wish service Training provided Growing business with opportunities for progression Free on-site parking Day shifts No weekends Flexible working Essential All applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK (sponsorship not provided).
