The Powered Apps teams are communities of technology focussed professionals who work together to deliver KPMG Powered Enterprise though a standardised delivery model, which drives professional delivery to clients.
The teams use their functional knowledge and experience ( Finance, HR, Procurement), coupled with their expertise in the cloud applications ( Oracle, Workday, ServiceNow HRSD, Coupa) to lead and deliver client programmes, support pre-sales activities and develop improvement and extensions to Powered Enterprise.Technology is one of the KPMG's priority investment areas - Connected Technology services the whole of the KPMG client-side business portfolio through delivery of core technology, transformational processes and managed services capabilities, collaboration and innovation development services and building of our Alliances network.

The RoleAs our Powered HR practice continues to grow we are seeking talented individuals with experience of Oracle implementations.
This is a high-profile role within the team, requiring a balance of business development / sales origination and client delivery.The successful candidate will be expected to:As an Engagement Manager, lead the delivery of high quality Oracle Payroll and HCM deployment projectsProvide specialist Oracle advice and work closely with the client leads to optimise processes and maximise the benefits of OracleAdvise clients on the transformational aspects of Oracle in relation to HR operating model, self-service, service delivery, portal, virtual agent and relevant HR process execution, Onboarding, Absence Management, Payroll, Offboarding etcContribute to business development and sales initiatives including bid, proposal and contract / commercial negotiations with our Oracle clientsLead the growth of the Powered HR practice through sharing knowledge, developing thought leadership and supporting the career aspirations of team membersAdvise on technical integration of the Oracle application with other client and 3rd party applications such as payroll, benefits and finance systemsAdvise on data migration and data integrity as part of the deployment engagementLiaise with stakeholders across Powered HR, cross collaborating with other teams across Powered HR, ensuring opportunities are shared and explored to maximise our offering to clients.Be a role model to the wider team by showcasing our values and principles, leading from the front and by example.Assisting with goal development and coaching of staff to enable the growth of the junior management team within our practice.Experience RequiredProven experience successfully delivering Oracle Payroll and HCM programmesAdvanced functional understanding of Oracle productExperience in Payroll and HR leading transformation projects, leading workstreams and managing teamsDemonstrable knowledge of Payroll and HR processesExcellent stakeholder management skillsExperience with another HCM cloud product , Service Now, SuccessFactors (desirable)Comfortable with agile and waterfall methods of workingExcellent documentation, reporting and presentation skillsWell-developed analytical skills and the ability to provide clarity to complex issues, and synthesize large amounts of informationExperience in a functional and/or technical role in a business or systems delivery environment preferably in the HR sectorExperience producing project deliverables (business requirements, functional specs, configuration document, process flows, use cases, requirements traceability matrices etc.
)Ability to effectively transfer knowledge and flex the approach according to the situationAbility to learn technology quickly through instruction and experience Proven ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with varying team membersStrong functional knowledge of HR, Recruitment (incl.
