An exciting opportunity has arisen in the People Data & Technology team as a HR Systems Analyst working on the Oracle Cloud Application we call PeopleCloud.
In the role you will provide expert support and guidance to HR Users and Employees in the business with day-to-day queries and issues, identifying, managing and resolving defects, provisioning of access, keeping the structure of the system in line with the organisation needs and monitoring and resolving any issues with our HR Batch and scheduled processes.

For this job you'll spend at least two days per week, or if part time you'll spend 40% of your working time, based at our Swindon office.

What you'll be doing You'll be working in small team of 2 Systems Analysts where you will Provide day to day support for all the Oracle PeopleCloud modules including Core HR, Payroll, Absence, HelpDesk, Performance, Learn and Integrations.
You will identify and manage any defects, liaising with the SME's in People Data & Technology and HR Teams to resolve these or help find a work around.
You may also from time to time be called upon to support testing new learning content and solutions.
You will be working closely with other teams in People Data & Technology, HR Administration Teams, Internal Technical support teams and with our Oracle Support Team to resolve defects and problem solve.
You will also share knowledge across the team and contribute to the direction and success of the People Data & Technology team as a whole.
Previous working knowledge and understanding of the Oracle Cloud Application Keen attention to detail with an analytical mind to analyse and process complex data Ability to problem solve with a mathematical mindset Experience of Administering HR Processes and understanding corresponding systems Excellent communication skills Self-motivated Ability to handle sensitive data with utmost confidentiality and professionalism Our Customer First behaviours are all about putting customers and members at the heart of how we work together.
