Oracle Hcm Specialist

The Planet Group are collaborating with a leading global professional services firm to recruit an experienced Oracle HCM Specialist for a remote position .
This role offers an initial six-month contract , allowing you to contribute to a high-impact project from anywhere.
Key Responsibilities: Configure Oracle HCM Compensation Modules: Customise the system to align with compensation strategies, defining structures, job profiles, and pay components.
Manage Compensation Data and Reporting: Ensure data integrity and accuracy while generating reports on compensation metrics to support decision-making.
Support HR in Designing and Executing Compensation Plans: Collaborate with HR to develop competitive compensation plans, benchmark against industry standards, and ensure equity.
Troubleshoot and Resolve System Issues: Identify and resolve technical issues in the compensation modules, coordinating with IT and Oracle support for efficient operation.
