Responsibilities: Lead the design and delivery of robust Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, leveraging best practices and tailoring configurations to meet each client's unique needs.
Oversee the full lifecycle of Oracle HCM Cloud implementations , managing onshore and offshore teams to ensure seamless project execution and successful client outcomes.
Conduct workshops and facilitate strategic discussions , building strong client relationships and delivering trusted guidance at each stage of the project.
Mentor and guide a dedicated team, overseeing module configuration, testing, and deployment while ensuring alignment with project timelines and goals .
Required Qualifications and Experience: Strong functional experience with the Oracle HCM Cloud , especially in the Core HCM and Payroll modules.
Proven background in implementing process changes and driving transformations .
Skilled at managing and facilitating workshops and discussions , ensuring clear project goals and alignment.
Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end delivery of Oracle HCM Cloud projects, including managing offshore teams for high-quality outcomes.
