We are seeking an experienced Oracle Payroll SME with a strong background in Oracle Fusion HR & Payroll systems to lead end-to-end payroll implementations and optimise HR and payroll processes.
This role involves managing large-scale payroll implementations, enhancing process efficiencies, and guiding stakeholders through complex Payroll and HR processes.
The ideal candidate will bridge functional and technical teams, translating business requirements into technical specifications, documenting solutions, and coordinating project activities.
With strong implementation experience, strong project management skills, and the ability to educate and align business teams, the candidate will play a critical role in delivering impactful Oracle Payroll solutions.
