Job Description: Responsibilities Responsible for supporting the Flexcube application according to business needs and requirements.
Monitor the EOD batch and identify any anomaly.
Organize support/provide support to end user during off working hours whenever required.
Provide Production Support.
Able to produce all necessary documentation on time.
Ability to work in a fast paced, team-oriented environment with minimum direction and management oversight.
Skills Requirement Bachelor's degree in Information Technology/Computer Science/Programming & Systems Analysis or related course 5+ years of experience in Flexcube Support, Batch monitoring and its workflow Should have Good experience in Flexcube modules like CASA, LM and LOANS Good at Oracle Database PL/SQL Excellent written and verbal communication skills Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
