Finance EPM ARCS Architect
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Location: London
Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Oracle EPM ARCS Architect to drive the implementation and ongoing optimisation of ARCS (Reconciliation Compliance and Transaction Matching) system.
This role is key to aligning ARCS processes with the company's financial goals and ensuring seamless integration with other financial systems.
The successful candidate will combine both functional and technical expertise in Oracle EPM ARCS to manage complex projects and streamline reconciliation workflows.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the development, administration, and ongoing enhancement of Oracle EPM & ARCS.Design and drive the strategic vision for the ARCS platform, including roadmaps and process optimizations.Conduct workshops with business stakeholders to gather and document functional requirements.Implement seamless data flows between ARCS and other financial systems to ensure operational efficiency.Provide expertise in troubleshooting, configuration, and support for ARCS.Assess and optimize existing reconciliation processes, driving improvements and system configurations.Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure ARCS aligns with business objectives.Work closely with senior leadership to develop long-term strategies for ARCS and its integration with other systems.Identify opportunities for process automation, system enhancements, and operational improvements.Document system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting guides for internal use.Stay informed on updates to Oracle EPM ARCS, recommending system upgrades and improvements.Lead user training sessions and drive adoption across the organization through effective change management.Ensure compliance with industry best practices and regulatory standards.Skills & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.In-depth knowledge of Oracle EPM ARCS functionalities, with experience translating business processes into technical solutions.5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle EPM ARCS in both technical and functional roles.Proven success in leading large-scale ARCS projects and managing cross-functional teams.Experience with additional Oracle EPM modules (FCCS, PBCS, EDM) is advantageous.Proficiency in EPM Data Management and experience with ODI is a plus.Strong SQL knowledge and experience with relational and multidimensional databases, data integration, and transformation.Innovative, proactive approach to process improvement and driving change.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.Adaptability to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.For more information about this role, please contact Chanel Betambeau or apply by sending CV to ******.
