The Role Here at LDMS it is all about teamwork. We work in small agile teams, where the focus is on the frequent delivery of valued features and improvements to our customers and stakeholders. Requirements for these features typically originate via the parent business functions to support changes to the existing account portfolios, or from migration projects to enable the onboarding of new external clients. We also progress the resolution of issues raised via our Service Delivery team.

We embrace the DevOps paradigm by engineering, designing, building, testing, releasing, and providing ongoing support for our own code, ensuring end-to-end ownership and seamless collaboration across all stages of the development lifecycle.
