The Planet Group is collaborating with a leading global Professional Services firm to recruit an experienced Oracle Consultant specialising in the Recruitment Module .
This is a remote role with an initial contract of 6 months, offering you the chance to work from anywhere while contributing to a high-impact project.
Role Overview: The selected candidate will be responsible for configuring, customising, and optimising Oracle Recruitment Cloud to align with the business requirements.
You'll play a crucial role in the full implementation lifecycle, from gathering requirements to designing solutions, implementing them, and providing user training.
Key Requirements: Expertise in Oracle Recruitment Cloud: Proven skills in configuration, customisation, and optimisation.
Experience with Oracle HCM Suite: In-depth understanding of the Human Capital Management modules.
Strong Communication Skills: Ability to clearly convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Analytical Problem-Solving: Aptitude for diagnosing and addressing complex technical challenges.
Proven Project Delivery: Demonstrated experience in delivering successful projects on time.
Full Oracle Cloud Implementation Experience: Must have completed at least one end-to-end Oracle Cloud implementation.
