Oracle Cloud Payroll Consultant Manchester Hybrid £60 - £65,000 pa + Bonus JNC are working with a highly regarded specialist cloud consultancy that is looking for a Payroll focused Oracle Cloud Consultant to focus on one of their key clients and provide quality support across Incident Management, Problem Management and Change.
The role is hybrid, with very occasional travel to the Manchester office Responsibilities: Provide quality Oracle Payroll Support Carry out root cause analysis of customer issues and apply fixes and mange through to resolution.
Provide on call for major incident.
Manage the customer through the change and support life cycle.
Establish strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders Apply appropriate best practices Oversee Oracle Service Requests and chase when needed.
Keep up to date with Oracle Payroll releases and new functionalities.
Assist customers with testing activities.
Document solutions provided.
Essential Experience: Extensive experience with Oracle HCM suite and in particular Payroll module.
Strong customer management and support skills Excellent communication skills and customer experience capabilities.
