The Role As an integral part of our multi-disciplinary team, you will carry out pre and post-operative consultations, assessing the suitability of our patients for treatment.
Some key responsibilities include: • Conducting examinations associated with refractive, cataract, glaucoma, and retinal surgeries • Running acute and follow-up clinics postsurgery for all patients • Providing health advice and support to patients attending the hospital • Offering first-line clinical advice to patients and ensuring referral to medical practitioners when necessary What You'll Need To succeed in this role, you will require: • Current GOC registration as a fully qualified optometrist • Extensive experience working in Vision Correction • Proficiency in using patient administration systems and electronic medical record systems • Experience of meeting conversion targets and other KPIs within Vision Correction Benefits At Optegra, we offer a supportive work environment where you can truly make a difference.

Compensation Our compensation package includes a competitive salary of £45,000-£60,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
This figure is inclusive of a generous benefits package.
