Secondary Teacher We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Secondary Teacher to join our dedicated team.
In this role, you will create and implement engaging and developmentally appropriate learning experiences for students (Key Stage 3-5).
You will play a key role in promoting a positive and inclusive atmosphere that supports each students unique needs and interests.
Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons that align with the curriculum.
Create a stimulating and safe learning environment that encourages exploration and creativity.
Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and caregivers on their development.
Foster positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues to promote a strong sense of community.
Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective teaching strategies that meet the diverse needs of all learners.
Qualifications and Skills: A recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS) with a focus on Secondary education.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach.
A passion for fostering development and a commitment to creating an inclusive environment.
